2013-06-02 Peak District, Wildcat   Leave a comment

Easing into a bit of trad since breaking my finger a couple of months ago, today on some Derbyshire limestone.  The road noise is ever present here at Wildcat, but the setting is nice enough.

After Topping Out...

Misters Chinner and Holder are baby-sitting me today, and we comfortably do the following:

Cat’s Eye, S 4a, McPlum Wall, HVS 4c, and Jackdaw Grooves, VS 4b.

McPlum Wall, HVS 4c   Jackdaw Grooves, VS 4b

We all have a lead, a middle and a climb, all routes two pitches.  Good to be clipping dodgy bits of trad gear… can’t wait to clip some bolts though!
